Finding the right partners in lead generation shouldn’t be time-consuming, manual, or uncertain. But for many buyers and sellers, that’s exactly what it is today. Relying on referrals, events, and cold outreach to form new relationships.

We built the Seller Directory to change that.

What is the Seller Directory?

The Seller Directory is a curated, in-platform directory of verified lead sellers within ActiveProspect. It gives buyers a centralized place to discover partners and request introductions, while giving sellers a way to showcase their expertise and connect with qualified buyers.

Instead of starting from scratch, both sides can begin with more context, more confidence, and a clearer path to partnership.

Why we built it

Across the ecosystem, one challenge consistently comes up: It’s not discovery that’s broken, it’s trust and fit.

Buyers often spend significant time validating sellers before even determining if there’s a real opportunity. Sellers, on the other hand, invest time qualifying buyers who may not be ready or aligned.

The result? Slower deal cycles, missed opportunities, and a lot of wasted effort on both sides.

The Seller Directory addresses this by creating a more structured, transparent, and trusted way to evaluate potential partners before the first conversation even happens.

What buyers can do

With the Seller Directory, buyers can:

  • Discover verified sellers in one centralized place
  • Evaluate partners based on key criteria like vertical, lead type, and capabilities
  • Send introductions directly through the platform

This means less time searching and more time focusing on partnerships that are actually worth pursuing.

What sellers can do

For sellers, the directory creates a new path to:

  • Showcase your company profile and areas of expertise
  • Get discovered by buyers actively looking for partners
  • Receive introduction requests from qualified prospects

Instead of relying solely on outbound efforts, sellers can now connect with buyers who are already aligned and interested.

Built on trust and verification

Not every seller is listed in the directory. To ensure quality, sellers must meet baseline requirements, including:

  • Verified domains
  • Active connections on the platform
  • Generation of TrustedForm certificates
  • A completed company profile

This helps ensure that buyers are engaging with credible, active participants in the ecosystem. Not unknown or unvalidated sources.

A better starting point for partnerships

The Seller Directory isn’t just about making connections. It’s about improving the quality of those connections. By standardizing profiles, introducing verification, and enabling structured introduction requests, the directory helps both buyers and sellers start conversations with more context and confidence.

Get started

The Seller Directory is just the beginning. As we continue to evolve the experience, our goal is simple: Help you build stronger, more valuable partnerships, faster.

TL;DR

  • TrustedForm helps marketers document and verify consumer consent, reduce compliance risk, and bring more transparency to lead generation.
  • Setup typically includes five key steps: Sign up, implement Certify, verify consent requirements, retain certificates, and capture Insights data.
  • TrustedForm share URLs make it easy to securely share proof of consent for audits, disputes, or legal review.
  • The product suite includes Certify, Retain, Verify, Insights, and Bot Detection, each supporting a different part of compliance, lead validation, and optimization.
  • Together, these tools help businesses simplify compliance, improve lead quality, detect fraud, and build a more trustworthy lead gen strategy.

Overview

Today, compliance is no longer a box to check – it’s a business-critical requirement. With rising concerns over data privacy, consent-based marketing has become the gold standard for acquiring leads ethically and legally. That’s where TrustedForm comes in.

In this blog post, we’ll walk you through a complete TrustedForm setup, explain TrustedForm’s mechanisms, show you how to create a TrustedForm share URL, and highlight the full suite of TrustedForm products that can strengthen your compliance and lead verification strategy. Let’s get started!

What is TrustedForm and why is it important?

If you’ve ever asked, “Can you explain TrustedForm?” – the short answer is this: TrustedForm is a real-time consent documentation solution developed by ActiveProspect. It helps document and verify consent while providing transparency into the consumer experience, origination and authenticity of leads.

TrustedForm independently captures and certifies proof when a consumer gives permission to be contacted through an online form. This is crucial for complying with regulations like the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and maintaining a reputation for ethical marketing.

Every time a user visits a form with TrustedForm installed, the system:

  • Records the session details (e.g. time, page URL, IP address, browser).
  • Creates a TrustedForm Certificate that can be used as third-party proof of consent.
  • Generates a video-like session replay of the consent transaction.
  • Assigns a TrustedForm Certificate URL, a unique identifier for the session.

Why a TrustedForm setup is a must for modern marketers

Whether you’re generating leads in-house or sourcing them from third-party vendors, a TrustedForm setup equips you with a powerful framework to protect your business and optimize your marketing efforts.

With a TrustedForm setup, you can:

  • Clearly document when, where, and how consumer consent was obtained.
  • Evaluate lead quality in real time, right at the point of capture.
  • Significantly reduce your exposure to TCPA litigation.

And the best part? It’s easy to implement, highly scalable, and integrates seamlessly with most major CRMs and marketing automation platforms.

Building trust with transparency

Consumers are more privacy-conscious than ever. TrustedForm helps you demonstrate a clear commitment to transparency and ethical data collection. When your brand prioritizes consent and security, customers notice – and they’re more likely to engage and convert.

Staying ahead of compliance

In industries where regulations around data collection are strict, TrustedForm acts as your digital audit trail. It provides concrete, time-stamped evidence of consumer experiences – crucial during audits or legal disputes. With TrustedForm, you’re not just compliant; you’re confidently prepared.

Compliance, simplified

Forget manual checks and inconsistent processes. TrustedForm automates the capture, certification, and retention of consent records, removing the friction from your compliance workflow so your team can focus on driving results.

Step-by-step TrustedForm setup guide

Setting up TrustedForm is a straightforward process, but each step is essential to ensure you’re capturing valid, auditable consent. Here’s how to get started:

Step 1: Sign up for TrustedForm

To begin, you’ll need an ActiveProspect account. If you haven’t already, sign up and enable TrustedForm features as needed.

Step 2: Start documenting your lead creation

If you’re generating leads in-house, then you need to implement TrustedForm Certify (otherwise, skip to step 3).

This is the software that records user sessions and issues TrustedForm Certificates. Make sure to record the entire lead journey to guarantee you have thorough documentation. Certify will generate a TrustedForm Certificate URL, which should be stored alongside lead data in your database.

Step 3: Check if the lead met standard requirements to give consent

If you’re purchasing leads from a third-party vendor, it’s essential to have a process in place to confirm that the lead generation methods comply with applicable regulations, such as the TCPA, and meet your own business standards.

Once you receive a lead with a Certificate URL, use TrustedForm Verify to conduct a series of checks and due diligence for each lead. Through your lead distribution platform, make an API request to verify that the lead was shown an approved consent language or disclosure that met visibility requirements and used an acceptable opt-in method. This ensures that the notice provided to consumers is clear and conspicuous, helping you mitigate the risk of non-compliance.

Step 4: Store the documentation created for your leads

Once you receive a lead with a TrustedForm Certificate URL, you need to use TrustedForm Retain to save the certificate to your account to prevent it from being deleted.

If all your leads come from your own websites, use the Auto-Retain method to store all your certificates with minimal setup. For leads from other sources, use your lead distribution platform to make an API request to retain the certificates associated with your leads. For one-off cases, you can manually retain the certificate by clicking a button, as long as you do it before the certificate is deleted.

Once stored, you can share a certificate with parties outside your organization by viewing it and copying the special share URL, which doesn’t require authentication to access. This feature is especially useful when responding to demand letters or during active litigation, as it allows you to show when a consumer consented to be contacted or provide evidence to your legal counsel.

TrustedForm share URLs are openly viewable by anyone who receives them, so they should be used cautiously and in accordance with these guidelines.

To obtain the TrustedForm share URL for a certificate, click the “Share” button in the top right corner of the certificate and then click “Copy Share Link” to automatically copy the URL to your clipboard.

Step 5: Store leading indicators of performance

If you want to boost your ROI by identifying high-quality leads, consider using TrustedForm Insights. Use your lead distribution platform to make an API request to retrieve various data points for each lead. Store this information in your CRM or data warehouse for future analysis.

By correlating this data with lead outcomes, you can pinpoint which attributes are most predictive of conversion and likely to result in a sale.

Overview of TrustedForm products

TrustedForm includes multiple product options designed to help lead buyers and sellers improve transparency, document consent, strengthen compliance, and optimize performance. Here’s a quick summary of the main TrustedForm products, their core features, and common use cases.

1. TrustedForm Certify

TrustedForm Certify is the core product used to document lead events and any consumer consent that was captured. It creates a certificate that can be used as evidence to prove how leads were generated.

With Certify, you can:

  • Fulfill the legal requirements of buyers who need to store proof of consent.
  • Attract new customers by demonstrating your dedication to transparency and consent-based marketing.
  • Review recordings and statistics of your website’s performance to develop new strategies.

2. TrustedForm Retain

TrustedForm Retain stores certificates in your ActiveProspect account and makes them readily available for auditing and sharing as needed.

With Retain, you can:

  • Meet the record-keeping requirements set by federal rules and regulations.
  • Watch session replays to see how leads were generated.
  • Offer a certificate share URL that provides evidence whether expressed consent was given.

3. TrustedForm Verify

TrustedForm Verify checks for prior express written consent to enable use of regulated technology and otherwise restricted actions.

With Verify, you can:

  • Mitigate risk by ensuring your requirements for obtaining prior express written consent are met and presented digitally, enhancing your ability to audit at scale.
  • Evaluate compliance consistently, reducing the chance of errors that can occur with manual processes, especially when managing multiple vendors.
  • Increase productivity by saving time through automated tasks, reducing the need for time-consuming manual TCPA consent language reviews.
  • Consolidate the data you need to assess how well multiple vendors are complying with your requirements.

4. TrustedForm Insights

TrustedForm Insights provides key data points, including originating domain, that allows you to make informed decisions to optimize lead-buying strategies and maximize your ROI.

With Insights, you can:

  • Easily identify top-performing lead vendors by tracking leads back to their originating sites.
  • Pinpoint high-yielding leads using data points that correlate strongly with lead performance, such as Lead Age, Originating Domain, GeoLocation, IP Address, Time on Page, Form Input Method, and Keyword/Page Scanning.

5. TrustedForm Bot Detection

TrustedForm Bot Detection helps buyers and sellers identify non-human lead activity before it creates downstream costs. By surfacing signals associated with automated submissions, it gives teams greater visibility into suspicious traffic and helps them separate legitimate leads from bot-generated ones.

With Bot Detection, you can:

  • Detect fraudulent or non-human lead activity earlier in the buying process.
  • Reduce wasted spend on leads that do not come from real consumers.
  • Prevent bot traffic from polluting CRM data and distorting performance analysis.
  • Strengthen source-level accountability with clearer visibility into suspicious traffic patterns.
  • Improve optimization decisions by making bot activity measurable, trendable, and actionable.

FAQs

1. How can I retain a TrustedForm Certificate?

You can retain a TrustedForm Certificate in several ways, depending on your setup.

If you use Auto-Retain, certificates from a verified domain are stored automatically when a consumer submits a form. If you prefer a manual approach, you can retain a certificate through the TrustedForm Retain API by sending the certificate URL along with lead details like phone number or email for validation.

You can also retain certificates through LeadConduit by adding the TrustedForm add-on to your flow, which automatically sends the retain request when a lead comes in. In some cases, UI-based Click-to-Retain may also be available. By default, retained certificates are stored for up to 5 years.

2. How does TrustedForm pricing work?

TrustedForm pricing is based on how you use each product.

TrustedForm Certify is free, so you can generate unlimited certificates at no cost.

TrustedForm Retain is priced per retained certificate and uses tiered pricing, with lower rates for higher volumes; pricing is also lower for first-party leads from verified domains than for third-party leads from unverified domains. In addition, retained certificates incur a small monthly storage fee per certificate.

TrustedForm Insights is billed per datapoint requested, so each insight such as Lead Age, Domain, IP Address, Geo Location, Page Scan, Form Input Method, or Time on Page is charged individually.

TrustedForm Verify is also priced on a tiered per-lead basis. TrustedForm charges are separate from LeadConduit transaction fees, so TrustedForm usage does not count as a LeadConduit transaction.

Final thoughts

In a time where trust is currency and compliance is non-negotiable, TrustedForm setup offers a proven way to verify consent, reduce risk, and elevate lead quality.

From capturing proof of consent with Certify, to storing records long-term with Retain, to verifying compliance at scale through Verify, and optimizing vendor performance with Insights – TrustedForm provides a full suite of tools to help you take control of your lead generation strategy.

Ready to build a more trustworthy and compliant lead gen program? Book a demo to see it in action. Because when it comes to consent, proof isn’t optional – it’s essential.

As the ActiveProspect ecosystem continues to grow, we’re making it easier for buyers and sellers to understand who they’re working with, what they specialize in, and how they operate.

That’s why we’ve enhanced Company Profiles inside the platform. Giving organizations a stronger, more structured way to represent themselves.

These updates transform Company Profiles from basic account information into a meaningful business identity within ActiveProspect.

A more complete picture of your business

With the enhanced Company Profiles, organizations can now provide clearer, more structured information about:

  • Industry and vertical focus
  • Geographic coverage
  • Lead types and specialization
  • Company details and branding

Instead of relying on informal conversations to communicate capabilities, your profile now helps partners quickly understand who you are and how you operate.

For buyers, this means better insight when evaluating potential partners.

For sellers, it means greater visibility and a clearer way to communicate your value.

Reduce friction in new partnerships

One of the biggest challenges in lead generation is the time and effort required to establish trust with a new partner. Buyers want confidence. Sellers want credibility.

A complete and up-to-date Company Profile helps bridge that gap by creating transparency from the start. Maintaining this level of accuracy across an ecosystem requires the scale of a company data API, which provides the fresh, granular insights necessary to keep business identities current as markets shift. When your company details, specialization, and coverage areas are clearly defined, conversations move faster and relationships start on stronger footing.

The foundation for what’s next

Company Profiles are more than a cosmetic update. They are a foundational layer for the future of the ActiveProspect ecosystem.

As we continue building initiatives designed to:

  • Improve partner discovery
  • Increase transparency between buyers and sellers
  • Recognize trusted participants within the platform

Your Company Profile will play a central role.

By completing and maintaining your profile today, you position your organization for greater visibility and participation in upcoming ecosystem-driven programs and connection opportunities.

Strengthen your presence

Whether you buy leads, sell leads, or operate somewhere in between, your Company Profile represents your identity inside ActiveProspect.

We encourage you to review and enhance your profile to ensure it accurately reflects your capabilities and specialization.

A stronger profile leads to stronger partnership, and stronger partnerships drive better outcomes.

Looking for the top TrustedForm web form integration for your website or landing page? Well, you’ve come to the right place! We’ve taken the time to curate a list of compatible systems, highlighting their best features, and even throwing in some helpful notes.

What is a form builder?

Let’s start from the basics: A form builder is a tool or software that allows users to create and customize forms for collecting information from individuals. These forms can be used for various purposes, such as collecting survey responses, gathering contact information, processing orders, or capturing data in a structured format.

Form builders are typically designed to be user-friendly, enabling individuals to create forms without the need for extensive coding or technical skills.

What are the benefits of form builders?

Here are some key benefits of using a form builder.

Ease of use

Form builders are often designed with a user-friendly interface, making it easy for individuals with little or no coding experience to create and customize forms.

Time efficiency

Using a form builder can save a significant amount of time compared to coding forms from scratch. Drag-and-drop functionality and pre-built templates streamline the form creation process. Additionally, if you’re seeking high-quality, customizable templates without any cost, consider exploring various online resources that offer templates for free. You can find a broad range of pre-designed graphics to boost your form’s visual appeal and enhance user engagement.

Customization

Form builders usually offer a range of customization options, allowing users to tailor the look and feel of the forms to match their branding. Users can often add various form fields, set validation rules, and adjust layout and styling.

Data collection and organization

Forms created with a form builder facilitate the organized collection of data. Responses are often stored in a structured format, making it easier to analyze and manage the information gathered.

Integration

Many form builders integrate with other tools and platforms, such as email marketing software, CRM systems, or project management tools such as trimble autoBid. With the help of software test automation tools, you can quickly detect and resolve any integration issues or bugs, ensuring the process runs smoothly and data flows seamlessly across systems. This enables seamless data transfer and enhances workflow efficiency.

Automation

Some form builders come with automation features, allowing users to set up actions or workflows based on form submissions. For example, you can automatically send confirmation emails, update databases, or trigger follow-up tasks.

Accessibility

Form builders often generate forms that are compatible with various devices and browsers, ensuring a smooth experience for users filling out the forms, regardless of their preferred device.

Real-time feedback

Form builders may provide real-time analytics and reporting features, allowing users to monitor form performance, track responses, and gain insights into user behavior.

Security

Reputable form builders often prioritize the security of data. They implement measures such as encryption and secure data storage to protect sensitive information collected through forms.

Cost-effectiveness

Using a form builder can be more cost-effective than hiring developers to create custom forms. Many form builders offer free or affordable plans with optional premium features.

In summary, form builders simplify the process of creating, customizing, and managing forms, making it accessible to a broader audience and saving time and resources for individuals and organizations.

What is a web form integration with TrustedForm?

TrustedForm is a family of products that provide independent lead certification used for legal compliance (TCPA) and campaign optimization. With the Certify product, you can create TrustedForm Certificates that provide documentation of consent and insights about the origin and authenticity of each lead generated through web forms.

When a web form is integrated with TrustedForm Certify, it means that interactions with the form are recorded to provide transparency in lead markets and assess compliance with regulations like the TCPA.

Implementing TrustedForm Certify into your website is easy with the Web SDK! You can start capturing lead submissions by following simple instructions provided inside your ActiveProspect account. ActiveProspect accounts are available to everyone for free by simply signing up.

Watch this short video to see how easy it is to install the TrustedForm Certify Web SDK.

Benefits of integrating your web form with TrustedForm

By using TrustedForm, businesses can demonstrate that their lead generation processes adhere to industry regulations and best practices. This can be crucial in industries where regulatory compliance is a significant concern.

TrustedForm allows you to:

  • Maintain compliance with independent lead certification.
  • Mitigate TCPA risk with a record of the lead event which can be used to prove that the consumer gave expressed written consent.
  • Get access to documented consent in the event of a complaint with a shareable certificate URL.
  • View a Session Replay of the actions taken by the user interacting with the web page.

Have you ever seen what a TrustedForm documentation of consent actually looks like?

The specific web form integration process can vary depending on the platform or technology stack used. Some form builder platforms may have built-in integrations with TrustedForm, simplifying the process for users. Others may require a little more effort.

TrustedForm web form integrations FAQs

1. What is TrustedForm?

TrustedForm is a lead certification and insights solution that helps you maintain independent proof of consent while also delivering real-time signals to verify lead quality and optimize acquisition and routing.

It works by generating tamper-proof certificates for leads that originate on your web forms—capturing key details like when and where the lead was submitted (URL, IP) and the exact notice and disclosure language shown.

TrustedForm can also provide originating domain transparency, session replay and shareable links for internal review, and bot/fraud and compliance risk signals to help you avoid contacting non-consenting consumers. On the performance side, it adds lead-level insights (e.g., device details, time on page) so you can strengthen scoring, measure partner quality, and make smarter buying decisions.

    2. How to integrate online forms with CRM

You can integrate online forms with a CRM by using a connector that automatically sends each new form submission into your CRM in real time.

With LeadsBridge web form integrations, you simply choose your form or survey tool (from the Forms & Surveys integrations list), connect your CRM, map fields (name, email, phone, etc.), and test—then every submission is routed into the right CRM object/pipeline without manual exports or imports.

      3. What is the LeadConduit Webform integration?

The LeadConduit Webform integration is a built-in LeadConduit source that lets you capture lead data submitted on your website forms and send it directly into a LeadConduit flow using standardized (or custom) field mappings. It can also optionally redirect the user to different URLs depending on whether the submission was successful, failed, or encountered an error.

        Final thoughts

The TrustedForm Certify Web SDK can be easily added to a plethora of form builder platforms. You can swiftly carry out these form integrations by following the instructions listed above and start certifying your leads right away.

With TrustedForm in place, you’ll be able to get independent proof of consent for each lead generated through your form and mitigate the risk of TCPA litigation.

If you’re curious about an integration not mentioned here, don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’ll be happy to assist you!

Managing leads from multiple sources can quickly become complex—especially when each source requires different handling, routing, and reporting. That’s why we’re excited to introduce a new Thumbtack source integration for LeadConduit, making it easier to bring Thumbtack leads into your existing lead operations.

With this integration, Thumbtack becomes just another source in your LeadConduit flows, giving you consistent visibility and control across all your lead channels.

Bring Thumbtack leads into one system

The new Thumbtack integration allows you to ingest leads directly from Thumbtack into LeadConduit. Once connected, Thumbtack leads can be processed using the same logic you already apply to other sources.

        This means you can:

        • Route Thumbtack leads using your existing flows.
        • Apply acceptance criteria, filters, and decisioning.
        • Deliver leads to CRMs and downstream systems in real time.

Instead of managing Thumbtack separately, you can now centralize it alongside your other lead sources.

        Apply consistent quality controls

One of the biggest challenges with adding new lead sources is maintaining quality standards. With Thumbtack integrated into LeadConduit, you can apply the same rules and safeguards you already rely on.

        Use LeadConduit to:

        • Reject low-quality or invalid leads before delivery.
        • Control volume and pacing.
        • Maintain consistent lead handling across all channels.

This helps ensure Thumbtack leads meet your expectations before they impact performance or cost.

        Simplify routing and delivery

Once Thumbtack leads enter LeadConduit, they can be routed anywhere your other leads go. Whether you’re delivering to a CRM, marketing platform, or internal system, the Thumbtack integration fits seamlessly into your existing setup.

By treating Thumbtack like any other source, you reduce operational complexity and avoid building one-off processes just to support a single channel.

Designed to scale with your lead strategy

Whether you’re testing Thumbtack as a new acquisition channel or scaling an existing program, the integration is built to grow with you. As your lead volume and workflows evolve, you can continue refining your LeadConduit flows without reworking your Thumbtack setup.

This flexibility makes it easier to:

        • Test Thumbtack alongside other sources.
        • Optimize routing and decisioning over time.
        • Maintain a single source of truth for lead processing.

Get started with Thumbtack in LeadConduit

The Thumbtack integration is available now and can be added as a source in your LeadConduit flows.

Log in to LeadConduit, add Thumbtack as a source, and start managing Thumbtack leads with the same transparency and control you use across the rest of your lead ecosystem.

If you have questions or need help getting started, our Support and Customer Success teams are ready to help. Also, we have a knowledge base article to help get started.

In lead generation, the moment a lead enters your CRM is only the beginning. What happens after that — whether a lead converts, moves forward, stalls, or is disqualified — holds some of the most valuable insight available to performance marketers and lead buyers.

Until now, capturing those insights required manual work, custom processes, or inconsistent communication between systems. Today, we’re excited to change that.

We’re proud to introduce LeadConduit’s new integration for receiving disposition and conversion feedback directly from LeadPerfection.

This enhancement creates a more connected, data-driven workflow, giving revenue teams the visibility they need to continuously improve lead quality, optimize vendor performance, and make smarter buying decisions.

        Why disposition feedback matters

Every outcome tells a story. Whether a lead converted, was unreachable, was a bad fit, or never responded, the disposition holds critical information about:

        • Lead quality
        • Vendor performance
        • Campaign effectiveness
        • Sales readiness and process alignment

Without automated disposition feedback, these insights are lost or stuck in spreadsheets, emails, or siloed systems. With this new integration, LeadConduit becomes the single source of truth for both inbound leads and post-sale outcomes.

How the LeadConduit + LeadPerfection connection works

The new integration creates a two-way data path between your CRM and your lead flows:

        1. LeadConduit receives lead outcomes automatically

Once connected and activated, LeadPerfection sends disposition and conversion data directly into LeadConduit. No manual uploads, no custom scripts.

        2. LeadConduit maps outcomes back to the original lead

Disposition data is matched to the original lead record, giving you a complete picture of what happened after it entered your pipeline.

        3. Gain real-time insight into performance

With outcomes available inside LeadConduit, you can:

        • Identify top-performing vendors
        • Spot low-quality traffic
        • Optimize routing and filtering rules
        • Strengthen conversations with partners using shared data
        • Build better logic for future lead flows

        4. Create closed-loop optimization at scale

With outcomes flowing back into LeadConduit, you’re no longer optimizing based only on the lead source. You’re optimizing based on real results.

What you can do with disposition feedback

This integration unlocks powerful capabilities, including:

        • Vendor optimization: See which partners deliver leads that actually convert. Not just leads that look good on paper.
        • Campaign performance insights: Map outcomes to campaigns and channels to identify which marketing efforts drive real ROI.
        • Better lead routing: Adjust your filters, flow logic, and prioritization based on actual conversion data.
        • Stronger compliance & accuracy: Create cleaner, more accurate records by tying outcomes directly to verified leads.
        • Continuous improvement: With every disposition sent back into LeadConduit, your optimization engine gets smarter.

The future of lead optimization is connected

This integration represents a major step forward in helping customers unify the entire lead lifecycle, from the moment a lead is generated to the moment it converts.

With disposition feedback now flowing directly into LeadConduit, you’ll have the clarity to make smarter decisions, the confidence to hold partners accountable, and the insights to grow your business with precision.

Stay tuned for continued enhancements as we expand this CRM feedback framework into additional systems and deeper analytics.

        ]]>

ActiveProspect kicked off its first product-specific webinar of the year with a clear message: The lead generation ecosystem is evolving fast—and trust, transparency, and performance have to evolve with it.

This session walked through three things customers care about most right now:

        • What ActiveProspect launched in 2025
        • How those launches connect into one platform vision
        • What’s coming in 2026, including a major expansion beyond web leads into inbound calls

Along the way, the team also addressed a major piece of news: ActiveProspect’s acquisition of Verisk Marketing Solutions (VMS)—a move that signals bigger ambitions for how data, identity, and compliance will power lead acquisition in the years ahead.

Below is a recap of the biggest takeaways—and why they matter for lead buyers, sellers, and anyone building a scalable lead program in 2026.

        Key takeaways

        • ActiveProspect acquired Verisk Marketing Solutions to combine a software platform + high-quality data—more capability, better ROI, and simpler offerings over time.
        • ActiveProspect is building one connected platform (not separate tools) focused on trust, transparency, and performance across the full lead lifecycle.
        • TrustedForm is the foundation—capturing independently verifiable lead event data that powers compliance and optimization.
        • Bot detection is a top lead-quality pain; new bot detection signals in Insights help identify non-human leads that skew reporting and create TCPA risk.
        • Optimization Hub turns signals into action with recommendations to improve lead quality (starting heavily with bot-related guidance).
        • Vendor Reports improve partner accountability with clearer, on-demand vendor-level visibility (reducing spreadsheet reconciliation and disputes).
        • LeadConduit is the execution engine that uses trusted inputs (consent + quality signals) to filter, route, and deliver leads for better outcomes.
        • Closed-loop reporting is expanding via conversion/disposition feedback (Salesforce + LeadPerfection first; HubSpot was the top next request).
        • Free buyer accounts strengthen buyer–seller collaboration by enabling shared reporting and easier partner setup from day one.
        • 2026 preview: Expansion into calls—including “in-call consent” concepts to capture express written consent and bring call leads into LeadConduit-like workflows.

Now let’s unpack the topics presented above.

A major announcement: ActiveProspect acquires Verisk Marketing Solutions

ActiveProspect’s Founder and CEO Steve Rafferty opened with context on the newly announced acquisition of Verisk Marketing Solutions (VMS), announced on January 8.

        Who is VMS?

VMS was a division of Verisk Analytics, primarily made up of two well-known brands:

        • Jornaya, a long-time compliance competitor in the TCPA space.
        • Infutor, a consumer identity management provider offering data for verification, enrichment, and identity scoring.

Steve emphasized that while ActiveProspect and Jornaya competed for years, the two companies ultimately shared a mission: Bringing trust and transparency to online lead generation. But he also highlighted the key difference:

        • VMS is fundamentally a data company.
        • ActiveProspect is fundamentally a software platform company.

That distinction is what makes the combination compelling.

        Why it matters

Steve framed the acquisition as a way to accelerate what customers want most: Better inputs, smarter decisioning, and fewer wasted dollars.

At a high level, he described three outcomes the acquisition should drive over time:

        1. A more powerful platform: Bringing VMS data into the ActiveProspect platform could help customers better identify leads, price them appropriately, and improve ROI.
        2. More innovation: Two experienced teams, two sets of technology, and shared learnings should speed up delivery and improve outcomes.
        3. A higher standard of performance: Greater scale and expertise should improve reliability and customer experience—and ideally simplify offerings for the ecosystem.

One connected platform, not a collection of tools

After the acquisition update, the product team turned to the main theme of the webinar: Designing a better lead ecosystem for 2026. The starting point was a clear platform philosophy.

As Product Manager Nicki Baker explained, ActiveProspect isn’t positioning its products as separate tools—it’s building a single platform experience designed to bring trust, transparency, and performance together across the lead lifecycle. The goal is a more streamlined experience where customers can use multiple capabilities without stitching together disconnected workflows.

TrustedForm remains the foundation: Trust first, then performance

Technical Product Manager Christopher Williams described TrustedForm as more than a compliance tool—it’s infrastructure. Because a TrustedForm Certificate captures the lead event in detail, it becomes a foundation for:

        • Documenting proof of how the lead was generated
        • Verifying compliance requirements
        • Unlocking optimization, filtering, and routing decisions
        • Powering insights that go beyond “did we get a lead?” into “what’s behind this lead?”

In other words: Once you establish trust, you can begin making smarter decisions.

The biggest lead quality challenge in 2025: Bots (and what to do about them)

According to Christopher, bots are now a major industry problem, and if you don’t think you’re dealing with them, you may just not be seeing them yet.

Why bots create a compliance and performance crisis

The team highlighted a key point that’s especially important for 2026:

        • Bot-generated leads can look legitimate
        • They can use real consumer information
        • But the consumer did not actually fill out the form

        That creates two major risks:

        1. Consent becomes invalid: If a bot completed the form, the consumer never meaningfully consented. That means companies may be acting on “fabricated consent,” increasing TCPA exposure.
        2. Optimization becomes unreliable: Bot leads skew reporting, pollute conversion data, and can lead teams to make the wrong decisions about channels, vendors, and spend.

2025 launch: Bot Detection inside TrustedForm Insights

To address this, ActiveProspect introduced bot detection signals via the TrustedForm Insights product—designed to help customers identify “obvious” indicators of automation or scripted submissions.

But Christopher also made an important point: Insights is only useful if teams know what to do with it—which led into the next major launch.

From insights to action: Optimization Hub

A common pain customers shared with ActiveProspect is simple: “You see more lead data than anyone—tell us what we should do.”

To meet that need, ActiveProspect introduced Optimization Hub, which turns lead quality signals into recommendations customers can act on.

Think of it as guided optimization inside the platform:

        • Identify issues impacting lead quality (starting heavily with bots)
        • Recommend product features, settings, or adjustments
        • Reduce guesswork by operationalizing what ActiveProspect has learned since 2004

Today, it’s early. Over time, the plan is to expand recommendations beyond bot-related guidance into more categories of lead quality and performance improvement.

Vendor-level visibility: Vendor Reports bring accountability to partner networks

Lead quality isn’t only a lead-level issue. For most buyers, the real operational challenge is vendor networks.

To solve that, ActiveProspect launched Vendor Reports in 2025. The goal is to create a shared source of truth that makes it easier to:

        • Compare vendors using consistent metrics
        • Spot issues tied to specific sources
        • Reduce spreadsheet reconciliation
        • Strengthen accountability and partnership performance

LeadConduit: The engine that turns trusted inputs into outcomes

If TrustedForm is the foundation, LeadConduit is the connective tissue.

Leandro Estrella, Associate Product Manager, described LeadConduit’s role as the engine that takes trusted data—consent signals, quality indicators, enrichment data—and turns them into action:

        • Filtering
        • Routing
        • Delivery logic
        • Decisioning tied to business outcomes

The point isn’t simply moving leads faster. It’s ensuring every lead is routed and acted on appropriately based on trust, quality, and performance goals.

Closing the loop: Conversion and disposition feedback

One of the biggest themes of the webinar was moving beyond “delivered” as the finish line. Lead buyers ultimately need to know:

        • Which leads became opportunities?
        • Which converted?
        • Which vendors or channels produced revenue?

That’s why ActiveProspect introduced conversion and disposition feedback integrations starting with Salesforce and LeadPerfection. This enables:

        • Closed-loop reporting inside lead operations
        • Optimization based on real outcomes (not just CPL or acceptance rate)
        • Better vendor evaluation
        • Real-time performance feedback that can be shared with sellers

Free buyer accounts: Building a network, not just workflows

ActiveProspect also launched free buyer accounts and a “buyer step” as part of a bigger strategy: Making it easier for sellers to bring partners into a shared ecosystem.

The idea is to make collaboration simpler from day one:

        • Sellers invite buyers easily
        • Shared reporting is created automatically
        • Buyers can configure what they need
        • Both parties work from a shared view of performance

This is a subtle but important shift: ActiveProspect is investing not just in tools, but in network features that reduce friction between buyers and sellers.

Platform experience updates: Flow Editor, Company Profiles, unified UX

Behind the scenes, the team also invested heavily in platform usability and scalability.

        Nicki highlighted updates like:

        • New Flow Editor
        • Company Profiles
        • Unified app experience

All three support the same goal: Making it easier for customers to scale and for buyers/sellers to work together inside ActiveProspect.

Company Profiles in particular were positioned as a trust-building layer: Surfacing key partner context, improving onboarding, and enabling personalization as network features expand in 2026.

2026 preview: Expanding beyond web leads into calls

One of the most significant roadmap themes was expansion beyond form-based leads into inbound calls.

Product Manager Christian Goss explained why this is a natural evolution: The platform has become strong around web leads, but many customers operate in a blended ecosystem—web leads and calls.

The vision: Bring call-based leads into the same workflows customers use for web leads. That means enabling customers to:

        • Capture call leads
        • Document consent
        • Enrich and route calls inside LeadConduit
        • Apply suppression, logic, and decisioning the same way they do with forms

In-call consent: Turning a call into express written consent.

Christian also gave a preview of how “in-call consent” may work:

        • A call center (or AI intake) triggers a text message
        • The consumer receives a link to a page
        • Consent is captured via a two-click flow (low friction)
        • The business can then follow up by call/text with express written consent

The team confirmed they are building a waitlist and recruiting interest for beta participation via customer reps.

Where ActiveProspect is heading: A more trusted, connected lead ecosystem

The final roadmap themes for 2026 were summarized as:

        • Expanding into calls
        • Deeper partner collaboration
        • Growing across social lead channels
        • Enabling more flexible seller distribution

But the most consistent thread was this: ActiveProspect is moving from a set of products into a unified platform designed to help the ecosystem operate with higher trust, transparency, and performance.

And layered on top of that platform trajectory is the acquisition of VMS—bringing the potential for richer data inputs that can improve:

        • Lead identification and pricing
        • Filtering and enrichment
        • Quality scoring and performance decisioning
        • Possibly even bot detection capabilities over time

As Steve put it, customers want simplification. The platform direction—and the acquisition—are both steps toward building that simpler, stronger foundation for growth.

        Conclusion

As lead generation moves into 2026, the message from this webinar was clear: Growth without trust is no longer sustainable. Between rising compliance risk, increasingly sophisticated fraud, fragmented vendor networks, and expanding acquisition channels like inbound calls, lead programs need more than point solutions—they need a connected system that turns trusted inputs into measurable outcomes.

ActiveProspect’s 2025 launches, platform investments, and acquisition of Verisk Marketing Solutions all point toward the same goal: Building a lead ecosystem where buyers and sellers can operate with confidence, act on real insights, and scale without unnecessary risk.

For teams planning their 2026 strategies now, the takeaway is simple—lead generation success will depend less on volume alone, and more on how well trust, transparency, and performance are designed into every step of the journey. And ActiveProspect is determined to help you do that.

In the world of digital marketing and lead generation, ensuring the quality of leads is critical. That’s where ActiveProspect and its innovative product, TrustedForm, come in.

This guide will cover the basics of ActiveProspect, explain what TrustedForm is, and why a TrustedForm Certificate is so important. We’ll also go over how TrustedForm works and how it can be a game-changer for publishers and advertisers who want to certify and increase the value of their leads.

        Who is ActiveProspect?

ActiveProspect is an all-in-one consent-based marketing platform that sits between your lead sources and revenue stack.

Here’s what we do, in real time:

        • Provide transparency into lead origin
        • Document consent to contact opt-in transactions
        • Route lead data through third-party integrations or add-on services
        • Direct prospect data to your sales and marketing systems
        • Safeguard you from TCPA risk before outreach

All this helps you convert more and waste less resources

ActiveProspect certifies over 1B+ leads/year and is the trusted leader in the industry when it comes to consent-based marketing.

        What is TrustedForm?

TrustedForm is the ultimate compliance solution for documenting TCPA consent on digital lead capture forms. It helps you maintain independent proof of consent while gaining performance insights that let you optimize lead acquisition and routing.

TrustedForm offers different products. Here’s how each helps you:

        • TrustedForm Certify documents lead events in the form of a TrustedForm Certificate that can be used as evidence to prove how leads were generated.
        • TrustedForm Retain stores certificates and makes them readily available during the statute of limitations for marketing related laws.
        • TrustedForm Verify helps check for prior express written consent to enable use of regulated technology and otherwise restricted actions.
        • TrustedForm Insights allows you to make informed decisions to optimize lead-buying strategies and maximize your ROI.

Be aware that TrustedForm Certify only allows you to generate a certificate for each lead coming from a landing page or website that has installed our software development kit (SDK). This free service does not automatically offer TCPA protection, but is the first step toward compliance.

        What is a TrustedForm Certificate?

A TrustedForm Certificate is a digital document that captures and verifies the lead generation process. It includes a step-by-step record of the consumer’s interaction with the lead form, including the data submitted, and the timestamp, providing transparency and accountability.

        How it works

When a consumer submits a form on a website, TrustedForm captures this interaction in near real time. The Certificate is then generated, providing a comprehensive audit trail that can be shared with partners and clients to provide transparency into how the lead was generated.

        Supported for all websites

Generate certificates for any website, enabling widespread use of TrustedForm. Whether you own the site or work with third-party publishers, you can document leads from various sources, ensuring unmatched coverage and transparency.

        Enhancing publisher trust

For publishers, TrustedForm Certify is a valuable tool that not only certifies leads but also builds trust with buyers. By providing a transparent and verifiable lead generation process, publishers can enhance their reputation and increase their value in the market.

        Capturing every detail

Each TrustedForm Certificate captures the consumer data, time and date of the interaction, and the URL where the lead was generated. This comprehensive audit trail leaves no question about the origin and history of the lead.

        How does TrustedForm work?

Step 1: Add TrustedForm Certify to your web forms

In order to use TrustedForm Certify, which is available for free, you need to follow the instructions in the TrustedForm application which includes adding a javascript snippet to your web forms. When TrustedForm Certify is incorporated into a publisher’s lead generation forms, it starts capturing data right away.

This seamless integration is designed to record every interaction, beginning the moment a consumer engages with the form. See the recommended TrustedForm web form integrations available.

        Step 2: Near real-time capture

As your potential customer fills out the form, TrustedForm Certify gets to work, capturing each keystroke, mouse click, and action in real time. This meticulous process ensures that every interaction is crystal clear and verifiable.

        Step 3: Certificate generation

Once your form is submitted, TrustedForm Certify creates a Certificate. This TrustedForm Certificate includes all the information captured, such as the consumer’s input, the time of submission, and the URL of the lead form. This record is stored securely and is protected against tampering.

        Step 4: Distribute the Certificate

You, the publisher, can send the TrustedForm Certificate to your advertisers and partners with ease. The process appends the certificate URL to your leads, so no extra work is necessary. The certificate acts as clear and verifiable proof of the lead’s authenticity and quality.

        Step 5: Store the Certificate

Once the TrustedForm Certificate is created for a lead, our platform stores it for 90 days. During this time, you can use TrustedForm Retain to store a copy of it long term. In that case, it will be stored in your account for 5 years, allowing you to have easy access to it in case you need it. If you don’t retain the Certificate within 90 days, it will be deleted forever with no possibility of ever retrieving it.

        Step 6: Streamline the process

If you’re buying hundreds or thousands of leads, you can’t possibly check Certificates for each one of your leads. Thankfully, TrustedForm Verify helps you automate the process by programmatically monitoring that your requirements for the disclosures used to obtain prior express written consent are satisfied and presented digitally in a one-to-one manner to scale your auditing capabilities.

        Introducing TrustedForm’s bot detection solution

TrustedForm now goes beyond documenting consent with the launch of a bot detection solution designed to identify and block bot-generated leads at the point of submission.

While a TrustedForm Certificate shows how a lead was generated, TrustedForm Bot Detection adds critical context by analyzing whether that submission was made by a real human or automated software. Using behavioral and environmental signals captured within each TrustedForm Certificate—such as interaction timing, typing cadence, scrolling behavior, and execution environment—Bot Detection flags non-human activity that traditional bot detection technology tools often miss

This allows publishers and advertisers to filter or reject bot-generated leads before they enter downstream systems, protecting lead quality, safeguarding TCPA compliance, and preventing fake or fabricated consent from creating legal, financial, or reputational risk.

How does TrustedForm help publishers and advertisers?

TrustedForm is the bridge to trust for publishers and advertisers. It offers a clear, verifiable record of lead generation, making it easy to confirm the legitimacy of leads. This, in turn, builds stronger business relationships and bolsters credibility.

        Enhancing lead quality

TrustedForm meticulously records lead data, right down to the consumer’s form engagement. This level of detail empowers publishers and advertisers to pinpoint high-quality leads, boosting conversion rates and the overall success of their campaigns.

        Simplifying compliance

For publishers and advertisers, adhering to regulatory standards is non-negotiable. TrustedForm streamlines this process by offering a thorough audit trail. This confirms when lead generation efforts are in line with specified rules, minimizing the risk of penalties and audits.

        Improving operational efficiency

By automating the lead certification process, TrustedForm saves you time and resources. The real-time capture and certificate generation streamline your workflows, allowing your team to focus on other critical aspects of your business.

        Strengthening market position

TrustedForm empowers publishers and advertisers to stand out in the market. The capability to deliver verified, top-tier leads distinguishes them from the competition, enhancing their appeal to clients and partners.

        Conclusion

TrustedForm is a game-changer in the digital marketing industry. It allows publishers and advertisers to work together to ensure that every lead has been properly generated, providing a level of transparency that is unmatched by other solutions.

In a world where trust is paramount, TrustedForm offers a straightforward and effective way to certify leads. By integrating this tool, publishers can enhance their reputation and secure better business relationships. Advertisers, on the other hand, have peace of mind that they are abiding by the law and have a way of proving that in case of litigation.

As the lead generation ecosystem continues to evolve, it’s critical that integrations keep pace with changes in how data is delivered, structured, and supported. To ensure long-term reliability and improved data handling, we’re excited to introduce two new source integrations in LeadConduit: Angi Leads and Angi Ads.

These integrations replace and improve upon the legacy HomeAdvisor integration, offering more flexibility, richer data parsing, and a clearer path forward for customers working with Angi.

What’s new: Angi Leads and Angi Ads

LeadConduit now supports two dedicated Angi integrations:

        • Angi Leads – Designed for marketplace leads submitted from Angi
        • Angi Ads – Built for leads generated through Angi advertising programs

Both integrations are purpose-built to align with Angi’s current APIs and data structure, allowing LeadConduit customers to receive and process Angi leads more effectively.

With these new integrations, customers can:

        • Parse an extended set of fields submitted by Angi
        • Add the same Angi integration as a Source multiple times within a single flow
        • Build more flexible and scalable lead routing configurations

What this means for HomeAdvisor users

The legacy HomeAdvisor integration has moved to an allowlist as part of this transition.

If you are currently using the HomeAdvisor integration

You do not need to make any immediate changes. Existing flows that use HomeAdvisor will continue to run as expected. You can continue using the HomeAdvisor integration alongside the new Angi integrations for the time being.

If you are creating new flows

Any new flows will need to use Angi Leads or Angi Ads as the source integration. The HomeAdvisor integration will no longer be available for new configurations.

Over time, the HomeAdvisor integration will fully sunset. For this reason, we recommend using the new Angi integrations for all new flows to ensure long-term support and access to ongoing improvements.

        Why we made this update

Angi has consolidated its lead delivery and advertising infrastructure under the Angi brand. These new integrations allow LeadConduit to:

        • Support Angi’s current and future data models
        • Deliver improved field coverage and parsing accuracy
        • Provide greater flexibility in flow design
        • Focus development and support on a modern, supported integration path

This update ensures LeadConduit customers can continue to work with Angi leads confidently, without disruption.

        Getting started

        • No action is required for existing HomeAdvisor-based flows.
        • For new flows, select Angi Leads or Angi Ads when adding a source in LeadConduit.
        • Customers who wish to migrate older flows can do so at their own pace, with support from our team if needed.

If you have questions about which integration to use or would like help planning a transition, our Support and Customer Success teams are available to assist.

        Looking ahead

Angi Leads and Angi Ads represent the future of Angi integrations in LeadConduit. By adopting these integrations, customers gain access to improved data handling today and a clearer path to future enhancements tomorrow.

        bot detection technology

Fraud and bot detection technology is no longer a “nice to have.” If you run digital campaigns, buy leads, or rely on online forms, you are already being targeted by bots and fake traffic. And as AI-driven automation grows, it’s getting harder to tell real users from sophisticated scripts.

In 2025, bots account for a huge share of web traffic, and most websites still aren’t fully protected. Recent research found that only about 2.8% of sites are fully protected from bot attacks, even as AI-powered bots rapidly increase.

This article breaks down what fraud and bot detection technology actually is, how it helps your business, three examples of top-rated fraud prevention technology for detecting bots 2025, and where TrustedForm Insights Bot Detection fits as an alternative focused on lead quality and compliance.

What is fraud and bot detection technology?

At a basic level, bot detection technology is software designed to distinguish human users from automated scripts, then block, challenge, or flag the bad ones.

Fraud and bot detection platforms typically look at:

        • Behavioral patterns: How fast users move through a page, where they click, how they scroll, and the timing of form fills. Bots tend to move with inhuman speed and precision.
        • Technical signals: IP addresses, device fingerprints, user agents, JavaScript support, cookies, and more. Many bots reuse infrastructure or leave odd technical signatures.
        • Traffic context: Sudden spikes from a single region or network, repeated attempts on the same endpoint, or patterns tied to known botnets.
        • Session and intent data: How sessions behave over time: Do they log in, add items to a cart, or only hammer login or pricing endpoints?

Modern fraud and bot detection technology goes beyond static IP blocklists. The leading tools use machine learning and behavior-based rules to keep up with bots that constantly change their identities and techniques.

How bot detection technology helps businesses

Bad bots are not just an IT headache. They touch nearly every KPI your marketing and sales teams care about. Here’s how effective bot detection technology helps:

        1. Protects your budget

Bots submit fake forms, click ads, and trigger events that look like engagement but never turn into revenue. In the lead generation world, up to 25% of leads are estimated to be bot-generated using real consumer data, inflating media spend and distorting campaign performance.

Filtering that traffic out before it hits your CRM or analytics tools means:

        • Cleaner cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) numbers
        • Reduces wasted spend on fake conversions
        • Better optimization decisions for paid media

        2. Mitigates compliance risk

Bots don’t care about consent language. If a bot submits a form using real consumer information, there is no valid consent behind that lead. In industries where TCPA or similar regulations apply, this creates a serious risk. A single non-compliant call can cost hundreds or thousands of dollars.

        Bot detection technology can:

        • Flag leads that look non-human before outreach
        • Help you avoid contacting people who never actually filled out your form
        • Support your internal compliance controls
        • Mitigate TCPA and compliance risk

Pairing bot detection with a security awareness training platform can further reduce risk by ensuring your team recognizes phishing attempts and social engineering tactics that often accompany bot-driven fraud campaigns.

        3. Protects brand reputation and customer experience

Malicious bots do more than spam forms. They can take over accounts through credential stuffing, create fake sign-ups that pollute your user base, scrape data (often using tools like the best Amazon scraper), and open pathways that weaken your overall resilience against ransomware and broader cyber threats.

        Strong bot detection helps:

        • Allow only real customers to log in and transact without friction
        • Your team spends time on real leads, not ghost records
        • Prevent your brand from becoming associated with abusive or suspicious behavior

        4. Improves data quality and decision-making

When 10–20% of your “conversions” come from automated traffic, every downstream metric becomes unreliable without protections in place. Bot detection allows you to:

        • Clean up analytics so you can trust your funnels
        • See which campaigns actually drive human intent
        • Make better budget decisions across channels

3 examples of top-rated bot detection technology in 2025

There are dozens of bot mitigation vendors on the market. These three platforms are widely cited in 2025 as strong reference points for modern fraud prevention. This is not an endorsement, just a snapshot of what leading solutions look like today.

        1. Prophaze

Prophaze is frequently ranked among the top bot mitigation tools for its AI-native approach built for Kubernetes environments.

        • Best fit: SaaS and digital businesses running microservices on Kubernetes
        • Why it matters: Bots can abuse web apps, APIs, and signup flows. Prophaze operates close to infrastructure and adapts in real time, reducing automated abuse at the source.

        2. DataDome

DataDome is a well-known leader in bot mitigation and fraud prevention, recognized by firms like Forrester and platforms like G2.

        • Best fit: E-commerce, ticketing, and subscription businesses
        • Why it matters: Bots distort sign-ups, carts, and logins. DataDome scores every request in real time and provides visibility into fraud patterns so funnel data stays accurate.

        3. HUMAN Security

HUMAN Security focuses on stopping sophisticated bots, account abuse, and digital fraud at scale.

        • Best fit: Large brands with high traffic and complex attack surfaces
        • Why it matters: Ad fraud, fake accounts, and promo abuse directly impact revenue. HUMAN is designed to protect these outcomes, not just block generic bad traffic.

        TrustedForm Insights Bot Detection

Most bot mitigation tools protect apps and infrastructure. If your real problem is fake leads polluting your funnel, you need something more targeted. TrustedForm Insights Bot Detection is built specifically for lead acquisition, not general web traffic.

TrustedForm already captures detailed proof of how and when a lead is generated. Bot Detection uses that same certificate-level data to identify non-human activity at the moment a form is submitted.

        What makes it different

        • Certificate-level signals, not just IPs: Detection is based on granular technical and behavioral metadata tied to each TrustedForm Certificate, making it far more accurate than network checks alone.
        • Behavioral analysis of form activity: It analyzes timing, interaction patterns, and submission behavior to spot bots that auto-fill or replay forms.
        • Lead-level scoring and action: Suspected bot leads can be flagged, filtered, rejected, or routed for review before they ever reach sales or automation.

Why marketing and sales teams care

        • Stops budget waste by filtering bot-generated leads early and revealing which channels actually drive human intent
        • Reduces compliance risk by preventing outreach tied to submissions that never involved real consent
        • Improves sales efficiency by removing unreachable, non-responsive records from the queue
        • Strengthens vendor accountability with clear evidence to challenge bad traffic and reallocate spend

If you buy leads at scale, TrustedForm Insights Bot Detection gives you a practical way to keep your funnel human, your data clean, and your budget focused where it belongs.

        Final thoughts

Bots don’t just waste spend. They distort performance, create compliance risk, and slow down your sales team. If lead quality matters, bot detection has to happen at the lead level, not after the damage is done.

Discover the new TrustedForm Insights Bot Detection solution to identify non-human submissions in real time, protect your funnel, and make sure you’re paying for real people, not automated traffic.
