The Crosby Law Firm is a Rockford, IL divorce and family law firm with six practicing attorneys alongside president and managing attorney Michael Crosby. In addition to divorce and family law matters, the firm also takes on a variety of cases regarding bankruptcy, real estate, probate, traffic law, and beyond.

The opportunity:
Unsatisfied with his dated Yellow Pages advertising method, Attorney Crosby was looking for a way to increase the number of leads coming into his practice without compromising on lead quality.
He wanted to focus mainly on family law and divorce cases but was open to leads related to other practice areas too. The most difficult part of creating a program for Crosby Law Firm was figuring out a strategy that could make the firm stand out amongst the competition and industry saturation.
The strategy
Our strategy focused on getting in front of those early in the conversion funnel and looking for a lawyer that is the right fit for their case. We looked at data from our other successful lawyer clients and applied a similar approach for Crosby Law.
We created practice area-specific landing pages that were optimized for conversions & ads with strong call-to-actions, added in a diverse set of ad groups and keywords for each campaign, and implemented location based targeting around the practice. In the first month, the campaign brought in 33 leads.
We integrated the necessary changes to further optimize the campaign and by month two had more than doubled our lead count. Attorney Crosby was so pleased that he increased his budget for month three and beyond.
